It takes 3 months for activity to be accounted to you. After that time we will be updating your statement in the Accounting section of the AWAL workstation.

To receive payment from AWAL you need to have done three things. Signed up with Payoneer, added your tax details to AWAL, and met the payment threshold. If that’s all in place then you should reach out to Payoneer support for help getting paid.
It takes at least 3 months for activity to be accounted to you. The amount of time varies but that's a useful loose guide. You can see more details on accounting timelines in the Help Center. If you're confident that activity that should be showing up is missing then do flag up and we'll help clarify where it is in the pipeline.
What does your digital distribution query relate to? If you're looking to update a release that has been delivered you can make most changes directly to the release in the Workstation catalog section. For artist mapping issues and takedowns, we'll need a few details requested below.
